ALFREDO SAUCE

Ingredients:

16 ounces Silken Tofu
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Dried Parsley,
or a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
½ Cup Grated
Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Puree all the ingredients except the Parmesan Cheese
in a blender.  
Cook over medium heat.  Stir in the cheese; cook until
the cheese is melty.  Great over your favorite
Pasta.
