Vegan Sour Cream
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 Cup Tofu
3 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
3-4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Barley Malt Sweetener
1 oz. Fresh Chives, optional
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in blender, until smooth
and creamy.
Finely chop chives and sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate before serving.
Can also be used as a dip with minced onions, on a
baked potato or Blintzes.
